All students from K1 in Preschool through 8th grade in Middle School.

On Mondays for flag ceremony and days when their class has Physical Education.

The same uniform is used for flag ceremonies on Mondays and PE classes, which are twice a week. If one of your PE classes is on Monday, then it would be worn in total 2 times a week, otherwise it would be three.  On  the rest of the days students come in  normal clothes.

Yes, it is highly recommended in order to get the best fit. It is important to consider that the uniform will be used for the whole school year.

We accept all debit and credit cards (except American Express).

Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.

Products must be picked up at the physical address of the Jaguar Shop located within the  by presenting your receipt either in digital or printed form. (No shipments will be made under any circumstances).

You can pick up your purchased products at the Jaguar Shop facilities located on the campus of the during the following hours only: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

The user is obliged to pick up his order within 15 days from the day of purchase

Orders placed within the platform may not be canceled. If necessary, we invite you to review the process for requesting a  refund of an order.

No cash refunds will be issued regardless of the purchase made in the Jaguar Shop Online. In the event that the customer requests a refund for products purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, the customer will receive store credit towards the purchase of any other product that is within the catalog.

The credit balance must be used within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of purchase.

If the customer wishes to exchange the product purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, this can only be done in the following cases and for the following products:

• JFK Uniforms
• JFK Sportswear
• JFK jackets and other JFK apparel.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase.

To request an exchange of the garment, you must comply with the following requirements:

• The original label must be preserved.
• The garment must be in new condition, undamaged, unbroken or untorn.
• Exchanges will not be accepted on products that show evidence of tampering or misuse.
• The garment must not have been previously washed.

If the above requirements are met, the garment will be exchanged for the same garment in another size or different model. In the event that the price of the garment chosen is higher than the one originally purchased, the customer will pay the difference at the time of the exchange.
