Pricing and Payments

3.1 All prices shown in our online store are in Mexican pesos and include value added tax (IVA).

3.2 We accept the following forms of payment: All credit cards (except American Express).

3.3 Payment will be made at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.

Delivery

4.1 Products must be picked up at the physical address of the Jaguar Shop located within the by presenting your receipt either in digital or printed form.

4.2 We make every effort to provide the products purchased within the time period indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or lack of stock of certain products.

4.3 The user is responsible for picking up his order at the Jaguar Shop facilities located at during the following hours only: Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Exchanges

If the customer wishes to exchange the product purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, this can only be done in the following cases and for the following products:

JFK Uniforms
JFK Sportswear
JFK jackets and other JFK apparel.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase.

To request an exchange of the garment, you must comply with the following requirements:

The original label must be preserved.
The garment must be in new condition, undamaged, unbroken or untorn.
Exchanges will not be accepted on products that show evidence of tampering or misuse.
The garment must not have been previously washed.

If the above requirements are met, the garment will be exchanged for the same garment in another size or different model. In the event that the price of the garment chosen is higher than the one originally purchased, the customer will pay the difference at the time of the exchange.

Refunds

No cash refunds will be issued regardless of the purchase made in the Jaguar Shop Online. In the event that the customer requests a refund for products purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, the customer will receive store credit towards the purchase of any other product that is within the catalog. Store credit may be applied in person on campus at the Jaguar Shop.

The store credit must be used within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of purchase.
