those products that the John F Kennedy, A.C. School makes available to you.

We want to make sure that you have a satisfactory experience while shopping for our products.so we present to you the policy of changes, returns and refunds.

In case of requesting an exchange you must present yourself with the physical product purchased at:

All products purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online must be picked up at the physical store located inside the school. We do not have home delivery service.

Orders placed on the platform cannot be cancelled, in this case, we invite you to review the following terms and conditions related to the refund of an order.

The following terms apply to all transactions made on Jaguar Shop Online, this policy may change without notice due to the constant evolution of JFK.

Changes

If the customer wishes to make an exchange of the product purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, this can only be made in the following cases and for the following products:

• • JFK Uniforms

• • JFK Sportswear

• • JFK jackets and other JFK apparel.

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
To request an exchange of the garment, the following requirements must be met:

• • It must retain the original tag.

• • It must remain new, undamaged, undamaged, torn or untorn.

• • Exchanges will not be accepted on products that show evidence of tampering or misuse.

• • The garment must not have been previously washed.

If the above requirements are met, the garment will be exchanged for the same garment in another size, or a different model.

In the event that the price of the garment chosen is higher than the one originally purchased, the customer will pay the difference at the time of the exchange.

Refunds

No cash refunds will be given regardless of the purchase made in the Jaguar Shop Online of any product.
In the event that the customer requests a refund for products purchased in the Jaguar Shop Online, the customer will have a credit balance for the purchase of any product found in the catalog for the amount paid or the excess by paying the difference at that time in the physical store.

The credit balance must be used within a maximum of 15 business days from the date of purchase.

The John F Kennedy A.C. School reserves the right to accept the refund request due to the fact that the product is incomplete, missing labels or seals, shows damage, dirt, misuse or is broken.
